Since its founding in the late 1990s, OCE has led and participated in many lawsuits, legal actions, environmental campaigns, and administrative advocacy efforts.
We focus on citizen suits that enforce landmark environmental laws including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act. Citizen suits are crucial to the function of these laws and protection of our most essential resources and wildlife habitat areas.
