Our Children's Earth Foundation engages with big issues impacting the environment, and we provide crucial support to community-based organizations that are working toward environmental justice and health in their neighborhoods. We don't do this work for financial gain.
Throughout our 25-year history, we have focused on enforcing environmental laws, engaging with natural resource agencies at all levels, and building public awareness about environmental problems and about how people can take action to protect themselves and their communities. We pursue impact litigation in order to protect some of the most vulnerable groups among us, especially children, seniors, and threatened wildlife.
As a non-profit non-partisan organization, we are tax exempt under section 501(c)3 of the IRS code (tax ID# 94-3314819).
Through education, advocacy, and litigation, OCE will continue to make a difference.
